We have been Marks and Spencer’s national disability partner for more than seven years. Throughout this time we have helped over 6,000 people find a sustainable career with one of the UK’s leading retailers.

The Marks and Start programme supports people with disabilities through tailored learning, and a two to four week work placement. The programme not only gives people an insight into a career in retail, but also creates a clear, accessible route into work.
